Meta Robots Index & Meta Robots Follow Settings For Legal, Disclosure & Contact Pages

Everyone seems to have a different opinion on this and I am really confused, so I wanted to ask you directly, to get your opinion.

How would you set the Meta Robots Index & Meta Robots Follow settings for the Compensation Disclosure, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Contact Page? For example would they be:

no index, no follow
or
no index, follow
or
index, no follow
or
index, follow

All of those should be index,follow. It is important that the search engines see that you have those in place.
