    Default How to Increase the Font Size of the Primary Nav Bar

    Hi Dan! I'm a very happy Socrates customer - I've built 4 websites using Socrates theme, and am so happy to see the new 3.0 version with the magazine layout!

    My new website is

    I would like to make the font size in the Primary Nav Bar larger. So far I changed 12px to 24 px in the css below:

    #access .menu-header, {
    font-size: 24px;
    margin-left: 12px;
    width: 968px;

    I also increased the font size from 80% to 100% in the css below:
    .im-topNav a {
    position: relative;
    font-size: 100%;
    padding: 13px 10px 10px 10px;
    margin: 5px 0px 0px -4px;
    color: #242424;
    z-index: 1;

    But nothing happened. Appreciate your time and help!

    Hi Laura,

    Goto : Appearance --> Editor -> Style.css

    and look for this piece of code:

    #access a {
    color: #6B2A31;
    display: block;
    line-height: 30px;
    margin-top: 4px;
    padding: 0 10px;
    text-decoration: none;
    font-size: 12px;
    font-weight: 700;
    font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;

    Change the font size to your desired size.

    Let us know how it goes.
