Default How can I add a nav bar below my header?

There used to be an option where you clicked 'use Socrates menus' and the nav bars would show up, however they are no longer there. I have tried using the menus in Wordpress but when I finally get a link in my nav bar like 'home' or whatever if I try and add another one to by the side of it it just over writes the previous link I.e. 'home'. I'm sure Socrates used to be far easier to use. Can anyone help? Thanks

Did you watch the video in the members area on setting up 3.0 menus?

Thanks Dan for the speedy reply. I have sorted it now. But how do i get rid of the massive gap that is left between my header and the main body (its just white space and looks out of place). Thanks
