Disqus stopped working after switching to Socrates

I'm not sure if it's Socrates or a plugin in conflict with Socrates that is causing the problem. Before I switched over to Socrates my Disqus was working, and after I switched it was not. I had another problem with RSS after switching but found that it was the permalinks plugin that caused the problem after the switch.

Any ideas. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Disqus plugin and it is still not working. It just keeps showing the Wordpress comments.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm sure we have many Socrates users using Disqus. Also double check to see if it works with TwentyTen.

This is very strange as I have both changed the Theme, and deactivated all of the plugins. If made not difference with all plugins off or on, and it didn't make a change switching it to another Theme. I feel like I'm in the twilight zone.

You should check disqus support and make sure you're following their setup instructions.
