Ok, here I am again, hope I'm not a pest.

If I remember correctly, when I installed this plugin on the first website, I just uploaded, activated and then went into the Settings and under Setup I just indicated the Add to Footer and clicked Save...is that right? I have another WP Website that I've installed the plugin onto and I've gone in several times and clicked Save thinking it would just begin working but after several weeks, it still isn't showing any reduced bounce rate or increased time on site...any ideas what I'm doing wrong? I love this plugin and want to get it working on all my sites.

Oh, yeah, this site is one of my pre-Socrates sites, using the Flexibility Theme, does it not work with that theme?

Just view the source code of your site via the browser and you should see the code in the footer.. If not, or if your theme doesn't support wp-footer than you might need to add it manually to the site.

And it is possible that you won't see a reduction in bounce rate on your site if it is installed correctly.. it really depends on the site and traffic as well.
