Installing latest Theme

Hi, I looked and didn't see an answer in FAQ.

I have a new blog and download latest version of Socrates 3.04 to my hard drive, and tried to upload the zipped file to my blog using the upload button in my blog.

It failed twice to upload. I thought maybe I need version 3.01 first and then update, but could not find that on the download page.

Can someone please advise me.

Are you sure you were using the theme uploader and not the plug-in uploader? It has been a common error. Is there an error message given?

Thanks for the reply. I am a dummy. I think I must have used filezilla in the past, as I didn't remember using Theme uploader.
