Setting Custom 220X 90 ad unit

I want to set up a 220X 90 custom ad unit. In Socrates>Settings the section on Leaderboard Ad and Custom Display Units I have the opportunity to set up as many as three leaderbaord ads and their rotation interval.
The text also says there is a space for 220 X 90 custom ad units. You have presets locations for Facebook, Twitter, RSS, LinkedIn, Youtube. You also mention the area can be used for promoting Socrates Theme, but I don't see any Socrates ad.

If I want to use a custom 220X 90 ad that I have created, where do I upload it? I don't see an upload area for the 220X 90 ads, only the 729 X 90 ads.

You say that rotation is enabled for the custom 220X 90 area based on number of URL's added. Is the rotation time the same as the leaderboard rotation time? If I set up multiple 220 X 90's would I just load them in the presets locations for Facebook, etc?

The custom 220X 90 shows on the demo blog but I can't tell where it is uploaded.

To promote Socrates Theme, see the description under Affiliate ID and Analytics.

The section to paste in 220X90 ads is in Socrates>Settings>Custom Display Units. The section with the boxes for the social URLs is the area for the 220X90 ads.

The rotation time is the same, but they aren't necessarily synced. And yes, put the code for each social ad in the appropriate box.
