My Header Won't Upload, What's Wrong?

Hi,

I had a custom header developed and am not able to upload it. The image is 960px by 150px. I am not getting any error response so I don't know what I am doing wrong. My url is www.intelligentprospector.com.

Please help with any advice.

Does the filename have any punctuation in it? That has caused upload issues in the past.

Thanks for the quick response. Here are the filenames I have tried: IPheaderJPG, IPheaderPNG. Neither works.

was the period just left off the file name to separate the name from the extension in your post or is it missing from your actual files?

Sorry, the file names are IPheaderJPG.jpg and IPheaderPNG.png. Sorry for the inaccurate data.

Can you upload the files to your Wordpress > Media tab?

What is your upload path in Settings > Media it should be:

wp-content/uploads

Can you share your link and the path to the header upload and confirm the following?

1. You didn't rename your Socrates directory: it's socrates
2. You've checked your header-images/upload directory permissions
3. Please confirm your path in Settings > media and that it says /wp-content/uploads

Whatever the problem is it's been answered on this thread already we just have to determine which problem.
