can't login to socrates download area

Hi there,

I purchased and downloaded socrates but am having trouble with the installation. I tried to go to the download area today to view the installation tutorials but can't login. I've reset my password a few times but still get the invalid username/password error.

What can I do to get access again?

The problem I'm having with the installation is that I'm prompted to go to access my ftp acct to upload and it's not working.

Please help.

I just reset your password to original and resent your welcome email. I did notice that you spelled your last name wrong in the username.

Now I'm hoping you can help me with the ftp problem. I've tried several times and still can't get it to work. Any suggestions?

You need to locate your FTP info from your host and enter it in the fields provided.. If you find the info and still can't access, send it to me privately and I can upload.

Signing off for a couple hours though.
