Which Plugins To Use?

Hi,

As a newcomer to blogging in general, having just purchased Socrates, I am confused by what plugins I should be using or not using. Since Socrates seems to come with features already loaded such as Adsense, I presume I would not want to install an adsense plugin. Is there a list somewhere in the videos or tech support that lists recommended plugins to install and ones already part of Socrates that one does not need to install? (I have downloaded several "blogging" articles and each "expert" seems to recommend different plugins to use ... I presume that these authors are not using Socrates so it is VERY confusing!)

Also when I installed WP to my domain it asked if I wanted to upgrade to version 3.0. Should I be upgrading or using the previous WP version to get the maximum benefits of all the Socrates has to offer?

I've never used an Aweber plugin, it's so easy to add the code to a sidebar text widget never looked into them.

We show how to do this in minute 4 of our widget video in member's area.

The Socrates theme seems to do what the All in One SEO pack does...in the Socrates layout with Site Title and Meta Tags...

I am a bit new to this...but how do I still benefit from the All in One SEO plug in?

The advantage of the plug-in is that it can be used to set the title, keywords and description for individual posts. The ones set in Socrates are more site wide.

Hi Everyone,

Dan's list of out of the box plugins is below. He mentions Sociable. Which one? The one with over 1 mil installs or the new one for WP 3.0 which seems to be by a different guy. Thanks!
