Default How do I know if I have Wp Super Cache

I changed the <h2> tag to <h1> in the css file but my post headlines are still showing <h2>

You mention in another thread that maybe the Wp Super Cache is at fault. Where do I find this Wp Super Cache?

    Thanks.

Okay, never mind about where to find it as I now understand it is a plug in. I do not have this plug in installed, but my post titles still wont change to h1.

    Need help. Thanks.
