Google Reads The Widget Before The Page Content

Hi Socrates Team,

I am very happy to say that socrates for wordpress is a great theme and works great for me. I am finishing my website and google has indexed it.
When I check google at site:eurocazinosimbat.nl i see that google displays the same text on every page. This is not the case at my other sites.

Is this a Socrates Widget Problem or is there a way to solve this?

I cant find the answer myself to thats why I am asking you guys. My goal is to let google index my pages with the text in the content.
Google has indexed my homepage with the text from the widget.

I found a workaround but I am still looking for the anwser. I activated the -Widget Context- plugin so I can change the first widget on each page.

Widgets will display the same on each page unless you have one with "rotator" capability that randomly inserts content. The body of each page should be different based on the page or post(s) being displayed.

Hi thanks for your reply. The widget itsef is not the problem, i know how it works. I was mentioning that google indext the text on the widget instead of the text in the content. If you type in site:eurocazinosimbat in google you will see what i mean.

When I look at Google's report I see you pages and posts listed.

Th results on site:eurocazinosimbat.nl shows the pages that are indexed by google. First you see the title of the page and you can see the text below the title. But the text is the same on every page:

The results also shows us that google starts "reading" with the widget's content instead of the pages or posts.

If you check my other site's results HERE you can see the text is different on each page. On that site i used the same structure with just 1 widget which is the same on each page.

Google "reads" the content of the page first.

I see what you are referring to now. I compared the text that google is reporting with the source to your page. It is not the widget text. What it is displaying is the site description (subtitle) and the labels in the nav bar.

Oh Yes you are right!
I'm sorry I saw the same text in the results so i assumed that it was the widget as that contains the same text on each page.

But you can only agree that google should not read the page in this way right?
Do you know what causes this problem? Do you have a socrates showcase?
