Socrates zip file upload

I tried to upload socrates via the WP upload plugin feature.
Wp Told me the upload was successful. When I try and actvate it it gives me this message "The plugin does not have a valid header."

Whats the problem???

You need to use the theme upload instead of the plug-in upload to put the files in the right place.
