Uploading 2.03 Socrates

Aloha Admin,

I have been trying to upload the new version of Socrates 2.03 but everytime I do it's not accepting my login Info? I am in my Blogs admin panel in the Dashboard with these choices. I have been logining in with the User given & password but it's not letting me in to download. Help Please!
