728x90 Monetization Bar

I'm sure you have answered this somewhere, but I have read nearly every post and answer here, and I can't find it. How do I remove the 728x90 Monetization Bar?

On the Socrates layout page look for the section labeled Leaderboard Ad and Custom Display Units and check no for displaying the upper ad unit.
