Subscribe to comments plugin

I can't make this plugin work with Socrates. I didn´t found any info here.
It seems I have to add the following line to comments.php
<?php show_subscription_checkbox(); ?>

But I am not sure where exactly. I tried various places but no succes so far.

Any idea? This plug in works on Socrates site and is a recommended plugin.

You should not have to do anything to make this work. I'm using it on dozens of Socrates site as are our members with no issues.

Can you share your link? It's just a simple checkbox that will show below a comment box... if you are logged in it will say " manage your subscriptions"

Bingo.

It didn´t work because I was logged in. After log out from WP admin I see now the check box and the "Notify me of followup comments via e-mail". Actually, it was obvious but ...
